Whats popular in kitchens at the moment?

Here at SDB kitchens we have seen a growth in customers asking for painted wooden units.

From subtle greens to vibrant blues people are turning to wood as they realise the benefit of a timeless classic.
Even timeless classics move with the times and curved outer and inner doors allow kitchens to 'flow' making it more pleasing to the eye.

Take at a look at our Charles Rennie Mackintosh range to see what can be achieved.  We have several of the range  for you to look at in our showroom in Chester - pop along and take a look.

There is no extra work in having a painted kitchen - just treat it like a normal piece of furniture.

This Charles Rennie Mackintosh blue oak painted kitchen is a good example of current trends.

What's new in lighting?

Today at SDB Kitchens we have been visited by our lighting rep who presented us with the new innovations in lighting.

No longer is there the need for fluorescent tubes under your units - now there's flexible strip lights which use transformers and connectors and can be cut to any size.

Plinth lights, mood changing, bar lights, the list is endless. Imagine your magic corner light up as you open the door!

SDB kitchen will certainly be using these innovations within our ranges of kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms
Come and see our displays - we've already implemented some changes.
